No. 11 Jakob Camacho Commits To NC State
No. 11 Jakob Camacho has given a verbal commitment to NC State
A strong Northeastern lightweight is heading to the ACC. Jakob Camacho announced on twitter today that he has verbally committed to wrestle for North Carolina State. [tweet url="https://twitter.com/JakobCamacho/status/882991120594161668" hide_media="0" hide_thread="1"]
Camacho was a FloNationals runner-up at 126 this past March and won Eastern States in January. He also has fourth place finishes at Super 32, Akron and NHSCA junior nationals on his resume.
The rising senior from Danbury, Connecticut is No. 54 on the class of 2018 big board. Camacho will be joining another former Danbury Hatter in Kevin Jack, who was third at 141 this past season. He heads to Raleigh as a projected 125 or 133 pounder.
The Wolfpack now have commits from two of Top-100 seniors, as No. 83 Tyler Barnes verballed in November.
