Nathan Tomasello Reportedly Out Until January
Nathan Tomasello will reportedly be out until the beginning of January with a lower-body injury.
Ohio State's Nathan Tomasello will be out until the beginning of January after suffering a lower-body injury, according to a report from Andy Vance at Eleven Warriors.
A redshirt senior, Tomasello was quoted by Vance as saying he is out:
If Tom Ryan and his coaching staff don't want to burn a redshirt, their only option is Hunter Lucas, who went 9-14 last year as a true freshman with six wins against Division I opponents. If they don't go with Lucas, we could see true freshman Dylan Koontz, Brady Koontz, or Brakan Mead.
Ryan briefly mentioned Tomasello during his 12 1/2-minute address to the media today but did not bring up any injuries.

The Buckeyes will now have a decision to make about their situation at lightweight. There are four other 125-pounders listed on the Ohio State roster, three of whom would have likely been on redshirt this season.
