When J'den Cox took out Kyle Dake at the 2016 Olympic trials, he did something his soon to be rival, David Taylor hadn't done.  The matches were extremely close (don't let match 1's score fool you either), with J'den needing all 3 matches to take out the four-time NCAA Champion.  Cox has a bye to the World Team Trials finals, where he likely will face David Taylor.  Earlier that tournament, Dake narrowly edged Taylor, 4-3.
