D. & Frank Weiss, Head Wrestling Coach RE: SLC Conference Meet @ Fort Atkinson High School on February 3, 2007 Entries: Please enter your teams roster and records at www.trackwrestling.com by noon on Wednesday, January 31. Weigh Ins: Weigh-in time is 8:00 a.m. and will be held upstairs in the wrestling room. Seeding: Meeting will be at 8:30 a.m. in the I.M.C. (library). Please refer to the SLC Constitution Handbook for seeding procedures and scoring information. Schedule: 8:00 Weigh-ins 8:30 Seeding meeting 9:30 Wrestling begins Quarterfinal matches (3 mats) Semi-final & first round wrestle back matches (3 mats) Consolation semi-final matches (3 mats) 30-minute lunch break 3rd and 5th place matches (2 mats) Break Championship matches (1 mat) Regulations: Please refer to the SLC Constitution and WIAA Handbook regarding banners, signs, noisemakers, etc. Coachs room: A hospitality room will be provided in room M104. Coffee, juice, milk and rolls will be provided in the morning. Lunch will be provided for all coaches. Concessions: Fort Atkinson Youth Wrestling Club will run the concession stand located in the northwest corner of the commons. Tickets: All day: Students - $3.00 Adults - $5.00 Finals only: Students  $2.00 Adults - $3.00 Free admission to coaches, 2 managers, participating wrestlers, cheerleaders in uniform, and administrators. Locker room: All wrestlers will be assigned locker areas in the locker room. Teams will be escorted into the locker room upon arrival. Coaches are responsible for making sure that their area of lockers is clean before leaving the tournament. Fort Atkinson High School is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please remind your athletes to bring their own locks. Warm-ups: The wrestler warm-up area will be located in the north end of the main gymnasium. Only wrestlers and team personnel will be allowed in that area. Athletic Susan Long, Athletic Trainer for Fort Atkinson High School, will be Trainer: available all day. Ice will also be available to all athletes for injuries. The training room is located on the west side of the gym. Awards: A team trophy will be awarded for the Team Conference Champion following the last championship match. Medals for first, second and third place wrestlers at each weight class will be awarded after the following weight class championship match. (i.e. 103# medals will be awarded after the 112# championship match.) Sportsmanship: Wrestlers, coaches and other team personnel are expected to display good sportsmanship at all times. Coolers and beverages will not be allowed in the gymnasium area. Coolers may be kept in the locker room.
