Although the deepest weight class lost Markell Rivera, it picks up freshman standout Xavier Lerma. Lerma is an early dark horse to upset the top three. After all, he comes in with a first-place finish in the middle school state championships, second in the AZ-USAW National Qualifier, and third in the Under the Lights tournament.

It will not be easy to pass the top three though. Sergio Ramos has five first-place tournament finishes after the high school season, Brandon Paredes finished first at the Under the Lights tournament, and Jaime Rivera still holds the head-to-head advantage.
