After Penn State missed the Reno TOC due to inclimate weather, Bo Nickal appears to have some pent up energy.  Somewhere on a farm Bo located a hay bale to work on his box jumps and flips.



This is not the first example of acrobatics we've seen from Nickal off the wrestling mat.  He did his best Odell Beckham impersonation with this circus catch in October of 2015.  Penn State will be back on the mat January 6th at Minnesota.  Penn State is right in thick of a very competitive team race that has them ranked 2nd in the ASICS FloRankings behind Oklahoma State.
