The 2023 NCAA Wrestling Championships begin Thursday at the BOK Center in Tulsa as wrestlers from across the country arrive in Oklahoma looking to win their bracket and help their team capture a championship.
The event features 330 wrestlers across 10 weight classes, 33 wrestlers per weight class, who accumulate points for their teams that lead to the team championship.

2023 NCAA Wrestling National Championship Qualifiers By The Numbers
This year, there are two wrestlers, Spencer Lee and Yianni Diakomihalis, vying to become of the fifth and sixth wrestlers to ever win four NCAA championships. Meanwhile, juggernaut Penn State is attempting to win its 11th national championship and 10th under coach Cael Sanderson. The Penn State coach is one of four wrestlers to win four NCAA championships.
How to watch NCAA Wrestling Championships 2023
The 2023 NCAA Wrestling Championships are on the ESPN Networks.
First-round coverage will be on ESPNU starting at noon, while later coverage of the first and second round will be on ESPN at 7 p.m. Thursday.
Friday coverage begins at 11a.m. on ESPNU and 8 p.m. on ESPN.
The final day of the championships on Saturday will start on ESPNU at 11 a.m., featuring the medal rounds and the National Finals will be on ESPN at 7 p.m.
