The saga continues with the final three episodes of “The Eloy Boys,” a documentary series that follows a special group of wrestlers located in Eloy, Arizona. Most wrestle for Valiant Prep High School in Phoenix, which is an hour north of the small Southwest town.

Every student at Valiant Prep, except two, wrestles. The school was created for wrestlers, but it was also built for a high-level academic experience. 

Most of the students are seeking the best competition in the country, and Valiant Prep delivers. Episode 4 features the first home dual in program history since the school is not sanctioned by the Arizona Athletic Association.

Talent from across the country converges at Valiant Prep for a dual call the Wild West Showdown. It also features Eloy Boy Emilo Ysaguirre, Jr. of Arizona State as he prepares to wrestle All-American Brock Hardy during a dual against Nebraska in Lincoln.

Episode five explores the academic side of the school and the advantages of smaller class sizes. FloWrestling’s Mark Bader starts the show by providing a history lesson that includes presidents of the United States who wrestled, and, inevitably, it turns into a wrestling demonstration in the classroom. 

It also shows the art of a watermelon harvest, catching a fish, and executing a leg lace. The show concludes with a graduation ceremony and a speech from the class president — and Eloy Boy — Derek Guanajuato.

The series finale focuses on the town’s unique identity and the pursuit of Fargo — a city in North Dakota that is the focal point of high school wrestling in mid-July. Watch as the team attempts to qualify for the prestigious event and their pursuit of gold. 

“The Eloy Boys” is a must-watch series for all fans of wrestling and for anyone interested in creating their own paths to success.
