Iran Takes Wins The Team Title, USA Finishes Second
Iran and Team USA dominated the U20 World Championships with USA winning 8 medals and Iran winning 7. Though USA edged Iran in medals, Iran came out on top with 4 gold medalists compared to the United States with 2. That difference in gold medals ultimately proved to be the difference in team points with Iran edging the United States by 13 total points - 165-152.
