Lou Rosselli Hired As Assistant Wrestling Coach At Pittsburgh
Long time wrestling coach Lou Rosselli is headed to Pittsburgh as an assistant coach.
The University of Pittsburgh has announced Lou Rosselli will be joining their staff as an assistant wrestling coach.

Rosselli will be joining head coach Keith Gavin and company in Pittsburgh after spending the past year in Columbus, Ohio, as a volunteer assistant. Rosselli will be taking almost 30 years of coaching experience with him to Pitt. After spending 11 years as an assistant at his alma mater Edinobor, the New York native spent 10 years at Ohio State as an assistant/associate head coach where he helped the Buckeyes win a team national title in 2015. Rosselli left Columbus in August of 2016 to go to Oklahoma where he was the head coach for seven years.
Rosselli has coached many great athletes during his tenure such as 4X NCAA champion/World champion Logan Stieber and Olympic medalist Tervel Delagnev.
As an athlete, Rosselli Rosselli made the 1996 U.S. Olympic Team and was a US Open champion in 1995, 1996, and 1999.
Pitt finished in 26th place at the NCAA Championships this season and had seven national qualifiers.
