Last Week In College Wrestling Recruiting: April 29-May 5
Your weekly recruiting roundup.
Not much happened on the high school commitment scene last week, but with the last day to enter the transfer portal being May 3rd, we got a lot of names tossing their hat in the ring. The biggest being 2022 141 lb national champion Andrew Alirez. Alirez spent this year in Olympic redshirt. Two other All-Americans entered the portal, both from the University of Michigan - Chris Cannon and Cam Amine. Cannon spent this past year at Michigan sidelined with concussion issues. Amine has spent five years in Ann Arbor where he's finished 7th, 4th, and 4th before finishing in the round of 12 this past season.
