This year's edition of USA Wrestling's 16U and Junior National Championships in Fargo, North Dakota, set new participation records for the annual event.

Like last year's annual high school wrestling bonanza, this summer's Fargo was the biggest ever. 

Just how big was the biggest Fargo ever? Perhaps this bar graph of participation by style from 2011 to 2024 will help illuminate the degree of record-breaking bigness of which we speak. 

If you'd like to see the raw numbers, direct your attention just a little lower on the screen for a table of the participants by style from the same years, as well as the percentage increase from year to year.

Those are phenomenal numbers. They are also the number of names that appeared in the brackets, so there may be some discrepancies with other counts that tallied registration numbers or other specific things. 

We asked last year how much bigger Fargo could grow, and apparently the answer was "at least 13% bigger!". Will we ever reach the limit of Fargo's gargantuousness?
