Super 32 has been the premiere folkstyle national tournament for a long time and 2024 is no different. Hundreds of the nation's top middle and high school wrestlers will put it on the line inside the Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center in North Carolina, hoping for a famous Super 32 belt. Here's what you need to know to get you up to speed.

SATURDAY HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING WILL BE SPLIT INTO TWO SESSIONS:

Session 1, 106-132, 8:00 am - 1:30 pm

Session 2, 138-HWT, 2:00 pm** - 8:00 pm

** wrestling will not begin prior to 2:00 pm, but we recommend you arriving at 1:30 pm to warm up
