Next week on Nov. 9, fans can catch the beginning of the season for the South Dakota State wrestling team when they compete in the Bison Open.

South Dakota State will come into the season ranked 10th, which is three spots higher than their finish at the end of last season.

The Jackrabbits will have three returning All-Americans this season: Tanner Jordan (No. 6 at 125), Cade DeVos (No. 4 at 174), and Bennett Berge (No. 5 at 184). Alek Martin (No. 20 at 149), Cobe Siebrecht (No. 18 at 157), and Zach Glazier (No. 12 at 197) are the other ranked wrestlers rounding out the South Dakota State roster.

The Big 12 picks up at its highest point for the team on Jan. 16, right after the NWCA National Duals, with the first two opponents being California Baptist and Air Force. The full South Dakota State wrestling schedule for 2024-2025 is attached below.
