Army, Virginia, The Citadel, & Gardner-Webb Headline Throwdown On Yorktown
The USS Yorktown will play host to 8 college wrestling programs on Friday, November 8 for the first ever Throwdown on Yorktown. Here's what you need to know
The 2024 Throwdown on Yorktown welcomes men's wrestling programs from Army West Point, Virginia, Gardner-Webb, The Citadel, Lander, and Newberry along with women's programs from Presbyterian and Campbellsville for six duals on the flight deck of the USS Yorktown. These will be the first wrestling matches to occur on the historic air craft carrier.
Wrestling fans can catch all the action at the Throwdown on Yorktown on FloWrestling on Friday, November 8 from 5:00-9:00 pm Eastern time.
