Keith Gavin's Drag Series 7 Moves Deep

NCAA Champion and 2x finalist, Keith Gavin, shows what I would describe as the most comprehensive drag series I've ever seen.  Gavin has a unique approach to technique. Here Gavin shows what would normally be a difficult technique series to conquer in an extremely simple and understandable manner.  Use the following techniques to diversify your handfighting from each tie:

Elbow Control to Arm Drag
Gavin starts with a thumb block, then transitions to elbow control to set up his arm drag.

Elbow Control Drag to High Single

Gavin hits an elbow control arm drag, but can't get around his opponent so he switches to a high single. It's important to keep everything tight when you attack the leg.

Baseball Tie Arm Drag
Gavin starts with a baseball bat tie grip, gives up head position and then attacks an arm drag opposite side by "threading the needle" when his opponent grabs his wrist.

Baseball Tie Arm Drag to Leg Attack
Gavin uses his baseball bat tie to drag to either a Hi-C or a double leg...depending on what he can get.

Arm Drag Adjustment to Low Single
Keith Gavin hits his elbow control arm drag, but sometimes he hits it so hard that his opponent runs right out of the drag without being scored upon. To ensure points, Gavin shows how he adjust from the drag to a low single on the attack.

Slap Drag to Sweep Single
Gavin starts with his baseball bat tie, then hits a slap drag set up to freeze his opponent. He then hits his sweep single.

Underhook to an Arm Drag
Gavin gets to an underhook and when his opponent tries to circle out of it, he hits an arm drag opposite underhook side.
