Throughout the season, Brute will bring you its National Wrestler of The Week. Wrestlers can be from any age level and will be selected based on their performances from the previous week only.

This week's honors go to a pair of Centennial, Idaho wrestlers that won Reno TOC titles.

Hayden Tuma, ranked 2nd nationally, blitzed the field at 138lbs with five pins in six bouts.

His teammate, Jon Jay Chavez, a Fargo Greco Champ, won the 145lb bracket, which was the deepest weight in the tournament. En route to his Reno title, Chavez beat #18-Victor Lopez and #10-Nikko Villareal, both past CA State finalists.

Other Wrestlers Considered This Week:

Kyle Dake, Cornell - At Madison Square Garden, take passed another litmus test. He beat 2011 NCAA Runner-Up, Tyler Caldwell, 4-1. He also blanked Missouri's 11th ranked Zach Toal, 5-0.

Mike McClure, Michigan State - The 17th ranked McClure beat #7-Chad Hanke (Oregon St.) and #18-Odie Delaney (The Citadel) in winning a Reno TOC title.

Ugi Khishgnyam, The Citadel - Ugi kept his great Freshman campaign going. He navigated a solid Reno field and capped it off with a finals win over Oregon State's returning All American, Mike Mangrum.
