Dake made history last weekend when he became the first wrestler to ever win four NCAA titles at four different weight classes. The Big Red senior opened his career at 141 pounds before moving up to 149, 157 and finally 165 pounds. Dake earned the NCAA award for the most falls this season with 18. Dake was also named the Most Outstanding Wrestler at the NCAA Tournament. Dake was the first Cornell wrestler to earn the award since Dave Auble in 1960. He is also only the third Cornelian to earn the award with Frank Bettucci being the first in 1953. Dake was also named EIWA and Ivy League Wrestler of the Year.
