Super Match At Yarygin?
The super match fans wanted to see this fall could go down in Krasnoyarsk in Russia. Twitter is by no means an official source for entries for the Ivan Yarygin Memorial tournament, but it looks like Abdulrashid Sadulaev could be competing at 97kg. The 97kg weight class competes on Saturday, January 30th. Kyle Snyder has been very public about his schedule, and will compete at the Yarygin in January and at the Alexander Medved in the middle of February. Ivan_FSwrestling has been a credible source on twitter for Russian and Eastern European wrestling news.

For those of you that need to be caught up to speed: Abdulrashid Sadulaev holds the top spot in FloWrestling's freestyle P4P rankings. He is a two-time world champion at 86kg and is riding a win streak that dates back to November of 2013. Sadulaev recently bumped up to 97kg at the Alrosa Cup. There he defeated sixth ranked Elizbar Odikadze of Georgia by technical fall. It has been laid out that the young Russian plans to move to 97kg after the 2016 Olympics. This could be the first chapter in a long rivalry between these two phenoms.
