Sarah Allen and Arelys Valles are both looking to secure a qualifying spot. That will be a difficult task with so many accomplished wrestlers in the field. If either is able to medal they will secure the qualifying spot.

Amy Fearnside is the only American not yet qualified. She needs to win a medal here to do so.

Areana Villaescusa, Koral Sugiyama, Trinity Griffin and Rosemary Flores are all looking to qualify. I expect Griffin to be the main contender to come out of this group.

Epp Mae won a bronze medal in Las Vegas at the World Championships and took home a title from the Golden Grand Prix. I am picking to her win, but she should have a tough final bout against Smith or DiStasio from the top side of the bracket. Both have world championship experience. Smith even has a world title on her resume from 2005.

Anastasia Lobsinger, Tanya Kusse, and Clarc Walker are shooting for the medal stand and the qualification spot against this tough international field.
