15u Wrestlers Look For Trinity Award
This weekend, the third and final leg of the Roller World of Wrestling Trinity Award will take place as wrestlers nationwide compete in the 2016 Flo Reno Worlds. Regarded as one of the highest accolades a youth wrestler can achieve, the Trinity Award is given to the wrestlers who place first in the Flo Kickoff Classic, the Flo Tulsa Nationals and the Flo Reno Worlds.

This weekend, three 15U wrestlers will vie for the illustrious distinction as New Jersey's 101-pound Robert Howard, Oklahoma's 145-pound Zane Coleman, and California's 285-pound Gabriel Herrera all have the opportunity to win the award.

Howard will look to win his third-straight World of Wrestling event championship, and should have a relatively easy path toward the finals before he eventually reaches 2015 Reno World Champion Isiah H. Gonzalez of Washington.

Coleman is dropping down a weight class to compete in the 145-pound bracket instead of the 157-pound one he competed in for the Kickoff Classic and Tulsa Nationals. He will receive some tough competition from Utah's Mason Christiansen and Tyler DeLorenzo and Sammy Sasso of Pennsylvania. Don't be surprised if Sasso, a Beast of the East Champion, wins the weight class.

Finally, Herrera will look to take home the Trinity Award in the 285-pound weight class. To win this year's award, he'll have to battle past Beau Crawford from Oregon, Gabe Marsh from Texas and Zachary Juarez of Arizona.

This trio of wrestlers will look to claim the first 15U Trinity Award in the last two years, since four wrestlers fell short of the feat a season ago.
