Jake Woodley Verbals To Oklahoma
Pennsylvania state champ Jake Woodley has given a verbal commitment to wrestle for Lou Rosselli and the Oklahoma Sooners
Pennsylvania state champions tend to have a few options when it comes time for college, and one decided on the University of Oklahoma on Sunday. Jake Woodley announced his intentions to wrestle for the Sooners.
Woodley, who has placed three years in a row at Fargo, wrestles for North Allegheny High School and is ranked No. 11 at 195 pounds. He was fourth at FloNationals this past spring and just placed seventh at Super 32.
Other verbals to OU in the class of 2017 include Dom Demas, Kyle Lawson, and Tanner Litterell. Last week, Oklahoma coach Lou Rosselli also picked up a commitment from Tommy Hoskins from the class of 2018.
