Thomas Gilman, Iowa vs Josh Terao, American
1st Period: They're both in the center ready to get rolling. Terao immediately gets to a 2 on 1 and finds his way to a leg. They get stalemated out of bounds. 2 minutes to go. Shot by Terao from space, and it's a go behind for Gilman as he takes a 2-0 lead. He's now got Terao completely flat on his belly. Riding time approaching a minute for Gilman.

2nd Period: Gilman chooses bottom. Legs come in for Terao as riding time is back under a minute. As I type that Gilman escapes to take a 3-0 lead with 1:22 to go in the 2nd. Beautiful trow by for Terao to a banana split!!! 4 points for Terao!. Escape for Gilman makes it 4-4. Leg attack by Terao turns into two for Gilman. 6-4 now with 22 to go in the 2nd. Rideout for Gilman and it's 7-4 after a stall point and the period comes to an end.

3rd Period: Terao chooses bottom. Riding time at 1:19. Underway now and Terao now has 1:50 of RT and climbing. Reversal for Terao makes it 7-6 with 56 seconds to go! Riding time is locked for Gilman by 3 seconds. Gilman warned for stalling. Leg in for Terao as he works to set up a cradle. Could see another stall but it doesn't come. 8-6 final as the two nearly come to blows at the end.

Seth Gross, SDSU vs Eric Montoya, Nebraska
1st Period: Still scoreless here as Montoya fires off a single leg. Right into Gross' wheelhouse. Gross looking spladle, but Montoya seems aware. Stalemate. Attack by Gross this time as the 1st comes to an end.

2nd Period: Gross has choice and he defers. Montoya takes bottom. Interesting. Montoya was all but away but couldn't quite clear out. Now he's flattened out and Gross is close to a ride out. There's the ride out. 2 minutes of RT for Gross.

3rd Period: Gross takes bottom. Wowza, Montoya returns the favor and rides out Gross! To SV we go.

SV1: Shot by Montoya, re-attack by Gross, they clear out and another attack by Montoya and this time he finishes for the 2-0 win!

1st Period: Kolodzik in on a single but Red is on the edge. Can't finish and it's 0-0 with 44 to go. 1st ends scoreless.

2nd Period: Kolodzik chooses bottom. Red has ridden for 45 seconds. Nearside cradle for Red! 2 NF! 1 escape for Kolodzik! 2-1 Red as the 2nd comes to an end.

3rd Period: Red chooses bottom. He's completely flattened out and Red is warned for stalling. Kolodzik lets him up with 41 seconds to go. Strange. 3-1 lead for Red. Red finds his way to a leg and he's eating up TONS of time. Now just 13 to go. TD Kolodizk on the edge! He does it again! SV time!

Anthony Ashnault, Rutgers vs Kevin Jack, NC State
1st Period: TD for Jack off a single leg as he leads 2-0.
2nd Period: 1:12 of RT for Ashnault as Jack leads 2-1 in the 2nd. Ashnault still riding.

3rd Period: 2-1 on the board but Ashnault has RT. Time expires as Ashnault swipes at Jack's face, for some odd reason. Now they're discussing a penalty point or dq? Refs taking a look at it. They gave the point!! 3-2 Jack, this is insane! Jack wins 3-2 it's official.

Brandon Sorensen, Iowa vs Sam Speno, NC State
1st Period: Front headlock early for Sorensen. Speno clears out. Hard handfighting now. Scoreless first period.

2nd Period: Speno takes neutral and it's a quick takedown for Sorensen. He leads 2-0 with a minute to go. He's riding tough as Speno has his head on the mat. Speno gets away. Takedown Sorensen again.

3rd Period: More TD's for Seorenseon and it's 7-2 now 9-2.

Michael Kemerer, Iowa vs Jason Tsirtsis, Northwestern
1st Period: Underway here, no attacks in the first 45 seconds. Shot by Tsirtsis but Kemerer gets out of bounds. Single leg TD for Kemerer! He's up 2-0. quick escape for Tsirtsis and it's 2-1. 1st ends like that

2nd Period: Now a 6-2 lead for Kemerer. 27 to go in the 2nd and Tsirtsis is on bottom.

3rd Period: Kemerer leads 9-2 holy smokes. 11-2 final with riding time.

Isaiah Martinez, Illinois vs Anthony Valencia, Arizona State
1st Period: Head taps but not a lot of action yet. IMAR trying to get to his ties. Collar for IMAR. He gets to his hook but can't score. 45 to go in the first. Back to underhook for IMAR, now a seatbelt. Valencia gets out of bounds. Valencia gets in deep on a misdirect but cant finish as time expires.

2nd Period: IMAR takes bottom and escapes in 12 seconds. Attack by IMAR for 2 and he now leads 3-0. Valencia tries to granby but IMAR holds him for 2 on his back. 5-0. 26 remaining.

3rd Period: Neutral is the call for Valencia. Seatbelt to a knee dip makes it 2 more for IMAR who has over a minute of riding time now. 7-0 with 1:15 remaining. Escape Valencia but another leg attack and 2 more for IMAR as he now leads 9-1. 10-1 final with riding time!

1st Period: 2-2 after a Walsh reversal.

Zahid Valencia, Arizona State vs Zac Brunson, Illinois
1st period: Signature sweep by Zahid but a great counter by Brunson but WOW what a kick out by Zahid! Scoreless. Great exchange. Slide by for 2 Brunson. Quick reversal for Valencia makes it 2-2 with 32 left in the 1st. Rideout makes it 2-2 after 1.

2nd Period: Brunson takes bottom. Zahid nearly locks up a nearside cradle but Brunson fights it off. 50 seconds of riding time and climbing for Zahid. 1:18 left in the 2nd. Escape Brunson. Another sweep from Zahid and another beautiful funk roll. This time it's stalemated. Shot by Brunson but a fantastic go behind for Zahid! 4-3 now. He'll ride out the 2nd and take a 4-3 lead into the 3rd with 1:30 RT.

3rd Period: Zahid takes bottom. Quick standup and he's away. Preserving riding time and a 5-3 lead. Zahid gets warned for stalling as Brunson fires off a shot. Zahid counters for 2. 7-3 with RT locked. 8-3 will be the final.

Alex Meyer, Iowa vs Lelund Weatherspoon, ISU
1st Period: Weatherspoon leading 8-2!

3rd Period: Weatherspoon going to get to a single after giving up a few points. It's a 9-7 win for Weatherspoon over Meyer.

TJ Dudley, Nebraska vs Nathan Jackson, Indiana
1st Period: Nathan Jackson doubles Dudley immediately for 2! Dudley escapes to make it 2-1. Low single by Dudley and he finishes for the 3-2 lead and he transitions to the tilt. No nearfall yet. Escape by Jackson and it's 3-3 with a minute to go.

2nd Period: Jackson takes bottom and escapes. Then a td for Dudley makes it 5-4 Dudley.

3rd Period: Dudley moves on to win 10-6 with riding time.

Nick Gravina, Rutgers vs Jack Dechow, ODU
2nd Period: Scoreless as Dechow takes bottom.

3rd Period: 1-1 in the 3rd, no RT.

SV1: Dechow gets the TD on Overtime!

Rotert wins by forfeit

Aaron Studebaker, Nebraska vs Ryan Wolfe, Rider
2nd Period: 1-0 lead for Studebaker after a quick escape.

3rd Period: Wolfe escapes. Studebaker gets to a single and finishes after a long fight by Wolfe. That's the final, 3-1 for Studebaker.

Wood wins by forfeit

Sam Stoll, Iowa vs Tanner Hall, ASU
1st Period: Stoll gets to his 2 on 1 right away. Looking for the throw by. Over/under body lock for Stoll. He's literally taking Stoll around the outside of the mat. Stoll gets warned for stalling. Scoreless first period comes to an end.

2nd Period: Stoll takes bottom. They go out of bounds. He escapes in 37 seconds. Stoll keeps getting to his upper body ties. Action call on the edge. Period ends 1-0 Stoll

3rd Period: Hall takes bottom. Tripod standup for Hall, they go out of bounds, no change. Out of bounds again, 1:30 remaining. Stoll is committed to this ride. Reversal for Hall on the edge as he takes a 2-1 lead. RT at 11 seconds for Stoll. Chop left side for Hall as he can ride out for the win. 40 to go. Stoll up to his feet but Hall returns. 2 cautions on Hall now. 34 to go. Stoll up to his feet again, but driven out of bounds once again. Stoll tries to pass a leg on bottom and it gets stalemated with 6 to go. Hall rides out for the 2-1 win.
