182: No. 14 Casey Randles, NHSCA Senior champ
220: No. 19 Cade Belshay, California state champ
285: No. 16 Sammy Evans, NHSCA Senior runner-up

The credentials for Nick Garone and Anthony Ciolino's Team Kong speak for themselves. I'll just also add that all the Team Kong wrestlers who AREN'T ranked are at least state champs, with the exception of two, who are state runners-up.

Daton Fix, Team Kong's 126-pounder, recently wrestled a match in Time Square at the 2017 Beat the Streets event, which you can watch below.

Young Guns Black

113: No. 12 Kyle Biscoglia, Iowa state champ
120: Colton Camacho, No. 43 on the Sophomore Big Board

195: No. 10 Anthony Walters, FloNationals runner-up
220: No. 17 Josiah Jones, Pennsylvania state runner-up

Jody Strittmater has built one of the most respected clubs in the country with locations in four states. Their reputation and geographical reach allows them to enter seven different teams, with Young Guns Black containing the largest number of hammers.

Cole Manley is one of the many Young Guns who earned FloNationals All-American honors. You can watch Manley win a 2017 championship belt in the video below.

South Florida Lightning/Central Florida Wrestling Academy

126: No. 5 Joe Silva, No. 8 on the Junior Big Board, 2X Super 32 champ
132: No. 20 Franco Valdes, NHSCA Senior champ
138: No 9 Grant Aranoff, No. 45 on the Junior Big Board, NHSCA Sophomore champ

160: No. 9 Erich Byelick, No. 49 on the Junior Big Board, NHSCA Junior champ
182: No. 4 Jelani Embree, No. 28 on the Senior Big Board, FloNationals champ
220: No. 6 Chei Hill, No. 52 on the Senior Big Board, NHSCA Senior champ

Few people have done more for Florida wrestling than 2016 FloWrestling Coach of the Year Mike Palazzo. He will be leading a squad of mostly Floridian studs in Virginia Beach.

Also on the team is Michigan native Jelani Embree, who you can watch win a FloNationals championship in the video below.

Team Shutt

106: No. 9 Jacob Decatur, No. 24 on the Sophomore Big Board
113: No. 14 Aden Reeves, No. 37 on the Sophomore Big Board
120: No. 9 Malik Johnson, Fargo champ
126: No. 9 Jordan Decatur, No. 2 on the Sophomore Big Board
126: No. 16 Gavin Park, Pennsylvania state champ

220: No. 10 Brian Kennerly, No. 81 on the Senior Big Board, FloNationals runner-up

Blaine Shutt can always be counted on to bring a quality team to club dual meet competitions. This year at the NHSCA Nationals will be no exception.

You can watch Team Shutt's 170-pounder Gergio take third at this year's FloNationals in the video below.

Dark Knights

126: No. 2 Julian Chlebove, No. 9 on the Sophomore Big Board, FloNationals champ
132: No. 20 KJ Fenstermacher, Pennsylvania state third place
138: No. 18 Dan Moran, Pennsylvania state third place
145: No. 2 Sammy Sasso, No. 6 on the Junior Big Board, FloNationals champ
145: No. 19 Brock Wilson, FloNationals runner-up
182: No. 2 Travis Stefanik, No. 39 on the Senior Big Board, Pennsylvania state champ

Whitey Chlebove runs the premier wrestling club in the Lehigh Valley, an incredibly fertile recruiting territory for college coaches. You can watch his progeny, Julian, win a FloNationals title in the video below.

Pinnacle - Team Toe

106: No. 14 Zach Schupp, FloNationals fourth place
120: No. 17 Tommy Hoskins, 3X Ohio state champ
138: No. 3 Zackary Donathan, No. 23 on the Senior Big Board, FloNationals champ
145: No. 4 Brayton Lee, No. 21 on the Junior Big Board, Indiana state champ
152: Nevin Snodgrass, No. 10 on the Freshman Big Board
160: No. 7 Jayden Mattox, No. 19 on the Junior Big Board, FloNationals champ
195: No. 20 Jared Ball, FloNationals fourth place

Pinnacle is sending two teams to VA Beach, The Fat Boys and Team Toe. I have no clue where the names come from, but Team Toe has assembled one of the toughest squads in recent memory.

Jayden Mattox will wrestle 160 for the Fighting Toes. You can watch him win the 152-pound championship at this year FloNationals in the video below.

Illinois Outsiders

120: No. 6 Travis Ford-Melton, No. 7 on the Sophomore Big Board
126: No. 12 Michael McGee, No. 99 on the Senior Big Board, Illinois state champ
160: No. 7 DJ Shannon, No. 31 on the Junior Big Board, Missouri state champ
182: No. 12 Jack Jessen, No. 24 on the Junior Big Board
285: No. 5 Tony Cassioppi, No. 20 on the Junior Big Board, Illinois state champ

Six teams from the Land of Lincoln will be at this weekend's event. The Illinois Outsiders look to be the strongest of the bunch, with a slew of ranked wrestlers ready to make some noise.

While representing the deepest teams making their way to Virginia Beach, these seven teams are but the tip of the iceberg. The following clubs below all have multiple ranked wrestlers on their roster. Yet that still leaves out an absurd collection of high school hammers, so be sure to tune in to all 58 mats (fifty-eight!) so you don't miss any of the action.

  • Bison Legend Orange
  • Renegade Elite
  • Indiana High Rollers Black
  • Sepa - Blue
  • Michigan Gold Pitbulls
  • Eagle Wrestling
  • Ragin Raisins Green
  • Quest School Of Wrestling 1
