The Best Weight At The 2017 Journeymen Fall Classic
113 is the deepest weight to watch at this weekend's Journeymen Fall Classic
In what has become the unofficial kickoff for the high school folkstyle season, the Journeymen Fall Classic has become a measuring stick for some of the top wrestlers in America. The event as a whole is always loaded, but this year 113 pounds sticks out.
This of course does not mean that other weights are weak or not tough, just that 113 has the depth and star power to be a cut above. Let's run through some of the hammers.
Remember, the action starts on Saturday with the middle school and OverFlo tournaments. The main event begins Sunday, October 1st at 9:00 am eastern time, and will be LIVE on Flo.
Caden McCrary, Woodland
The South is well represented at this weight, with McCrary being from Georgia. He has been active in his preparation for Super 32, taking third at the Georgia early entry event.
Chris Trelli, KT Kidz
Another senior like Chauvin, Trelli is the only Junior Fargo finalist in the pool.
