#3 Oklahoma State At #19 Wyoming Live On Flo Tonight

It's the battle of the Cowboys tonight at 8 Central LIVE on Flo. Third-ranked Oklahoma State travels to Cheyenne to take on #19 Wyoming in the last action of 2017 for both teams.

There will be three ranked matchups and 12 total ranked wrestlers in this Big 12 battle, headlined by a rematch of the 2016 NCAA finals between #1 Dean Heil and #3 Bryce Meredith.

Wyoming is coming off a second-place performance at the Reno Tournament of Champions, while Oklahoma State beat Northern Colorado 37-4 on Monday. Let's take a look at the three matches featuring ranked opponents.

Heil vs. Meredith: The Series

Meredith just beat then #2 Kevin Jack of NC State and #5 Jaydin Eierman of Missouri en route to his Reno title. The two-time NCAA champ Heil is riding a 55-match winning streak and is 4-0 lifetime against Meredith. Below is a breakdown of how the scoring has gone in their four matches, with Heil showing a clear edge from neutral.

Kaid Brock vs. Montorie Bridges

There is only one common opponent between Brock, an OK State redshirt sophomore, and Bridges, a Wyoming redshirt freshman, with Bridges splitting with Northern Colorado's Rico Montoya and Brock beating Montoya 9-8 on Monday night. Relative to expectations, Brock may be underwhelming as the third-ranked guy, with only two bonus-point wins against Division I competition so far (excluding a major against his teammate). Meanwhile, Bridges has crept into the rankings after moving up in weight from his redshirt season. He beat Ian Parker and then won RTOC with two pins and scored 35 points in his other three matches.

Chandler Rogers vs. Branson Ashworth

Ashworth, a UW junior, is still looking for a signature win in his career, having yet to defeat an All-American. Rogers beat Ashworth 10-6 last year as you can see below but is one of the most dangerous pinners in the country, having registered his 30th career fall Monday night.
