The granby. For some, it’s just a move. For others, it’s an entire system.
But we aren’t here to go down the rabbit hole — we are just going to go over the move itself. The granby has allowed wrestlers to get out from bottom in the blink of an eye and no two people do the same exactly the same. So with that, let’s take a look at three different variations of the granby – two versions from the mat, and one from the rear standing position.
