Myers with some lighting quick short offense, circling one way and coming back the other. He gets Trombley guessing, drops down to a single, and finishes quickly for the takedown. Myers is a hammer on top and he goes to work with a leg in and has riding time over a minute just like that and earns a stall call on Trombley. Myers leads 2-0 and has well over a minute of riding time.

2nd Period: Myers will start on bottom and he's out in six seconds. He now leads 3-0 and retains his riding time. Head inside single for Myers at the 1:07 mark, Trombley tries to funk roll, but Myers is ready for it and scores the takedown. He will now go catch and release. 10 seconds after cutting Trombley, he gets in on another single and finishes easily, 7-1 now for the Hokie. Myers will go ahead and kick Trombley again and work for another takedown at the end of the period. 7-2 now.
