When hundreds of the nation's top high schoolers are vying for a spot on a Cadet World Team, chaos is bound to happen. Here are 9 moments from day 1 of Cadet freestyle that had the Wisconsin Dells buzzing.

1) 25 on the board for #15 Jersey Robb & #5 PJ Casale
One of the best matches of the day came at 92 kg where PJ Casale[ And [p put on a display of athleticism and high-level wrestling that helped prove why each is an elite big man. If you haven't watched this one, do yourself a favor and and spend a few minutes enjoying two of the top big men in high school wrestling.
2) #14 Cael Hughes wins big over #5 Mason Gibson
Mason Gibson has established himself as a premier lightweight, and even earlier in the day, he had a dramatic victory over #13 Kannon Webster (above), that's why it was so impressive when #14 Cael Hughes went big against Gibson in the second and ultimately teched him.
3) Ryder Rogotzke stuns #2 Gabe Arnold
Newly minted Cadet Greco-Roman World teamer Ryder Rogotzke was coming off a phenomenal performance yesterday, but few imagined he would get the best of #2 Gabe Arnold. He turned an Arnold attack into his position and sealed the deal with a fall.
4) Joseph Sealey upsets #8 Antrell Taylor
Even though High Point, North Carolina freshman Joseph Sealey is no stranger to high level wins, Antrell Taylor was a pretty big test. Sealey passed with flying colors when he used a big nice inside trip to get past the Husker commit.
5) Brock Bozien's Buzzer Beater
Poway's Brock Bobzien goes big every chance he gets, something he proved yesterday when he made a Cadet Greco Roman World Team. He had his toughest test yet in the 60 kg quarterfinals today against Detroit Central Catholic's Dylan Gilcher. The match came down to a nasty head-pinch at the wire and ultimately had to be settled by video review. Take a look and decide for yourself if the match-winning sequence was scored correctly.
6) Late Match Drama For #13 Aiden Riggins & 12 Josh Barr
The battle between Aiden Riggins and Josh Barr was razor thin until the end. Watch this one for some late match heroics, and as a bonus, you'll see coach Paul Donahoe throw the tightest spiral on a challenge cube you might ever see.
7) #17 Naaktgeboren vs Rogotzke comes down to late challenge
Ryder Rogotzke came into his quarterfinal with Tate Naaktgeboren riding an incredible hot streak that included making the Greco World Team yesterday and pinning #2 Gabe Arnold earlier today. He had another ridiculously tough test in his quarterfinal bout. Watch the final sequence yourself and decide whether or not his final attack should have resulted in points.
8) #17 Beau Mantanona's come from behind pin of Koy Buesgens
Beau Mantanona had already defeated PIAA champ Tyler Kasak before he entered his quarterfinal bout with a tough Koy Buesgens. While Buesgens stormed out to an early lead, Mantanona proved that, like his older brothers, he's sometimes at his best when the chips are down.
