`````1st Ever OC Rumble Middle School Wrestling Tournament Formerly known as Grappling at the Grove Saturday January 14, 2022 MATCH TIME: January 14th at 10:00 AM. Coaches Meeting at 8:30 AM. LOCATION: Orange County High School Hornet Sport Center (Field House) 201 Selma Rd, Orange VA 22960 COST: $200.00 per school, due by Wednesday, January 11th. Checks payable to LGMS Athletics or PHMS Checks can be mailed to LGMS 6368 Flat Run Rd, Locust Grove, VA 22508 or PHMS 202 Daily Drive, Orange, VA 22942 FORMAT: Double elimination bracket invitational on 4 mats. Top 4 wrestlers in each weight class will place. Championship periods will be a minute and a half, consolation periods will be one minute. AWARDS: Medals for top three wrestlers in each weight class. Trophies for top three teams WEIGHT CLASSES: 76, 82, 88, 94, 100, 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160, 170, 195, 220 and 250 Women`s Divisions based on number and Madison Weights ENTRIES: One wrestler per weight class, but extras (non-scorers) will be entered in order to create full brackets. Send a full roster of all wrestlers you would like to get in to ahenderson@ocss-va.org by Tuesday, January 10th . Scratches can be submitted by the Head Coach until Friday, January 13th at 5 PM WEIGH-INS: Weigh-ins will begin at 8:00 and continue as teams arrive. There will be a 2 lb growth allowance CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be provided all day. A hospitality room for coaches and tournament workers will also be provided. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK WILL BE PERMITTED AND NO COOLERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE GYM/BUILDING.
