Accommodations:
--------------
We are very fortunate to have a great UWO campus partner in the Gruenhagen Conference Center. Gruenhagen is the on-campus guest residence hall at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and are privileged and honored to provide lodging for coaches, athletes, meet officials and other guests attending the prestigious Oshkosh on the Water Wrestling Tournament. We have provided lodging since the tournament`s founding and look forward to the opportunity to host hundreds of guests again this year. If you are interested in making reservations with us to stay for the tournament please contact the Gruenhagen Conference Center front desk between 7am and Midnight, 7 days a week (closed Christmas day) at 920.424.1106. A credit card will be required to reserve rooms and payment (via check, cash or credit card) will be due upon check-in.
Parking:
-------
Spectators are welcome to park in Lots 13, 7, 5A, 25, 29, 14, and the Parking Ramp. Please be respectful of handicap stalls or others marked as reserved. Folks parked in those stalls illegally will be ticketed. Also, please make sure to follow all city signs for street parking as they are in charge of those locations and no exceptions will be made for tournament spectators. Buses or other oversized vehicles are expected to park in lot 39 and will be ticked if parked elsewhere.

Deadlines:
Line ups are due in TrackWrestling by 11:00 p.m. on December 23rd. Head to head matches and all criteria should be confirmed between 11:15 p.m. on December 23rd and 11:59 p.m. on December 25th. Please take the time to do this step as we cannot be responsible for checking every tournament to see who has won individual matches throughout the season and will not edit seeds if a wrestler was put behind a beaten opponent.
Call In Times:
Call Ins will be hosted on December 26th. Each coach is required to call in during a scheduled time to verify your lineup, answer questions from the seeding committee, and provide any details on wrestler`s qualifications. Please make sure to write down your time and call in during your time slot. We understand there may be emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. The emergency phone number for that day is 920-312-8777. Please call this number if you need any assistance outside of your specified call in time. Also, make sure to add your phone number into the statistician information on Track Wrestling so we can reach out to you with questions we may come across in the seeding meeting. SPECIAL NOTE: NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER CALL IN TIMES END AT 12:00 P.M. Your lineup is considered finalized at Noon. If a wrestler is scratched after this deadline, all wrestlers below will move up to fill that spot. Brackets and pairings will be released after the coaches meeting ends at approximately 9:00 a.m. Call in times can be located here: https://tinyurl.com/2023Call-InTimes.
