Trackwrestling will be used for scoring this meet, your coach will receive additional meet information and be required to input entries on Trackwrestling.com. Wrestlers are responsible for their valuables and equipment. They should bring their own locks and towels. Please help us keep the locker rooms clean by using the waste containers provided. Coolers & Duffle Bags WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE FIELDHOUSE. Please keep them in the locker rooms or in the concessions area in the Old Gym. OFFICIALS (assigned by the WIAA) Richard Legler, Russell Lobner, Daniel Parlier, Cal Tackes TICKET PRICES Child/Student Adult All Sessions $4.00 $4.00 Finals $3.00 $3.00 ADMISSIONS Free admission shall be provided for: *Members of the team ? actual number of wrestlers but not more than fourteen *One manager *Head coach and assistant coach *No more than six cheerleaders *2 admissions for use by school personnel, designated by the school. BUS UNLOADING/PARKING Unload in the front bus drive of High School near the Gyms. Park buses in the Heritage Elementary School parking lot just 1 block north of the High School. (see map) HOSPITALITY ROOM There will be a hospitality room provided in Room 1107 for the coaches, officials, workers, and administrators. (Please, no spouses) CHEERLEADERS There will be a hospitality room provided in Room 1401 for cheerleaders. You will be responsible for your personal belongings. MEDICAL CARE Brian Helmrick, ATC of UW Health will be on duty during the course of the tournament. VIDEOTAPING Will be in accordance with WIAA rules. We feel as long as schools cooperate, videotaping will be no problem. WARM UP AREA A warm up area for competing wrestlers will be available in the fieldhouse. AREA AROUND THE MATS Please keep your wrestlers who are in uniform, but not competing at the time, and your statisticians away from the mat area. AWARDS Awards will be presented at the conclusion of the tournament CONCESSIONS The Waunakee Wrestlebackers will provide concessions in the Old Gym and a snack bar outside of the field house.
