Please make sure your information is entered correctly on www.trackwrestling.com. ROSTERS/PROGRAMS: Axis Programs will be contacting you regarding program and roster information. Please email your team photo and roster information to wiinfo@axisprograms.com or axisprograms@gmail.com. PASSES: Competing wrestlers, one manager, two coaches and no more than six cheerleaders in uniform will be allowed into the tournament. Passes will be mailed by (February 12th). Also included will be two free admission passes to be designated by your school. LOCKERS: One locker will be available for each wrestler. Each school is responsible for furnishing their own towels and locks. Richland Center High School will not be responsible for any missing items. Wrestlers are asked to keep all coolers in the roped off area in the commons. Coaches are asked to assist in keeping these areas clean. Please stress this to your wrestlers. NO COOLERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE GYM AREA AND NO EATING WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE LOCKER ROOMS. PLEASE USE THE COMMONS AREA. CHEERLEADERS: There will be a hospitality room for storage, Room # 112. Please no pillows allowed. MATS: Three mats will be used all day. A wrestling practice area will be available for warm-ups in the field house. BUS PARKING: Buses should unload directly in front of the school in the bus-parking lot on the East side. Buses will then park in the parking lot at the Athletic Complex located on the West side of the High School. TRAINER: A certified athletic trainer from Richland Sports Medicine will be available to assist in the event of injury. They will be available all day. HOSPITALITY ROOM: A hospitality room will be available to two coaches, officials, the media and workers. AV EQUIPMENT: All team videotaping will be done at mat side. There will be three chairs including one chair for videotaping. If you do not videotape, that chair must remain vacant. Hand-held video cameras only can be used from regular seating areas. Radio, Boom Boxes and Pillows will NOT be allowed in the building. A cell phone number for each team bus would also be appreciated. TICKETS: All Sessions (All Tickets) $6.00 Second Session and Finals (All Tickets) $5.00 Finals (All Tickets) $3.00 AWARDS: Sectional awards are individual medals for champion, runner-up and third place. Starting line matrix for sectional pairing will be available to managers, coaches and athletic directors on Monday following Regionals.
