Please note that these times are approximate. If we can run the tournament quicker we will. The only exception would be the finals on Saturday. We will not begin the finals before 2:00 P.M. Directions: I-15 to exit Pioneer Crossing and go WEST - 4.5 miles to Redwood Rd. Turn Left (South) on Redwood Rd. and travel - 1.5 miles to PONY EXPRESS PARKWAY (Center St.), turn Right and travel one block west. Then turn right again. Have busses make left in to the first drive way, this will bring your around the back of the school t the north end where the football field is for your drop off. Look for a sign. Westlake is one block west of Redwood Rd. Team Bus: Please have your team bus drop your team off on the NORTH end of the school. Teams will enter the NORTH doors of the Auxiliary Gyms. Where teams will be weighed & checked in. Your Team bus then must park in the SOUTH Parking lot near the seminary building. Our Student Pick up busses begins stationing at 1:30. So if your team can be dropped off no later than 1:15pm. These doors are directly across from the Football Field. LOCKER ROOM: Due to the size of the tournament there will no NO individual assigned team rooms. There will be changing rooms available in the boys and girls main PE locker rooms, located directly off the east & west auxiliary gyms. Valuables should NOT be left in the locker room. Coaches, please do not leave athletes unattended in the locker room. Westlake High School is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. We highly recommend that all valuables be locked up with a coach or parent. SECURITY: No spectators will be allowed on the main floor or lower levels of the athletic hall. Uniformed police and/or security will be assigned to games. The teams can assist and provide supervision for their fans and students. PASSES: State UHSAA Passes & Region 7, 8 & 9 Passes are accepted. POLICIES: WHS supports and demands Sportsmanship at our games! Please supervise your athletes, students and fans! ATHLETIC TRAINER: Nikki Adams (801-318-2306) If your trainer is available to attend we WELCOME the additional help.
