JPII will host the 2018 1A-5A Region Championships on 2/15/2018. The top 2 teams from the event will compete on 1/18/2018 in the first two rounds of the state dual championships. Time: Wrestling starts at 9AM and will run until complete. Weigh-ins: 7-8AM in the JPII multi-purpose center (MPC) directly across from the main gym. Teams must bring printed copies of their C2C roster and weigh-in sheets. Format: 6-Team Round Robin will be run on 2 mats. Top 2 teams (overall record) advance to state. Weights: Standard NFHS with 2lb growth allowance (i.e, 108, 115, 122, etc.) Team Entry Fee: $150 (to help offset officiating costs) Admission: $6 (all spectators) Hospitality Room: Coaches, Volunteers, and Officials Only Concessions: Available starting at 8AM
