Friday, January 19, 2018 - Athens Middle School Wrestling Tournament WHERE: Athens High School 601 West Village Limits Road Athens, WI 54411 WHEN: Friday, January 19, 2018 TIME: Check-In by 3:30 PM. Wrestling will begin around 4:30 PM FORMAT: Folkstyle Round Robin We will send your MS Coach the TrackWrestling pre-registration link (http://www.trackwrestling.com/tw/opentournaments/VerifyPassword.jsp?tournamentId=32130132) along with registration instructions once we confirm your MS coach`s email address. Day of Tournament (Friday, Jan. 19): Please give Tom (Chummo) Ellenbecker a call at 715-432-3560 on Friday afternoon when your bus leaves school or by 3:15 PM to confirm that all your wrestlers that are pre-registered are on the bus and if there are any scratches. To avoid parking issues with Athens High School being letting out at 3:15 PM, please plan for your bus to arrive after 3:30 PM but before 4 PM. Since we are expecting a good turnout, we would like to start wrestling as soon as we can and hopefully by 4:30 pm like in past years. Concessions, including pizza, will be served in the Athens High School cafeteria starting at 3:30 pm. Athens is also having a Youth Wrestling Tournament (4K - 6th) on Saturday, January 20. Registration and weigh-Ins are from 8 - 9 AM at the Athens High School. Please pass this information onto your Youth Wrestling parents/coaches.
