We are pleased to host the Bay Invitational meet involving your teams on January 31, 2015 beginning at 9:30 AM in our Field House. Following is some information pertaining to the meet: Entries: We are using trackwrestling.com to enter kids. Please feel free to email Head Coach Dale Loebel at wfbwrestling@mac.com with any questions. Coaches have until 11:00 p.m. on January 29th to enter lineups. Scoring: One wrestler will score per team per weight class. Please designate this on trackwrestling.com. Wrestlers will place to 7th. See trackwrestling for details. Brackets: We are using a modified 16 man scramble, format 2. An initial round robin pool of three matches determines which placement bracket they enter. Weight Classes: WIAA weight classes plus three pounds. 106 is 109, etc. Tournament Itinerary: 8:00 Weigh-ins Coaches Meeting to follow 9:30 Rounds 1-3 (4 if there are any five man round robins) Match length 2-1-1 **30 Minute Lunch Break** Following lunch: Final two rounds (Championship/placement matches) (4 mats) Match length 2-1-1. WE WILL RUN PLACEMENT MATCHES TO 7TH/8TH. MATCHES BELOW THAT WILL SHOW UP IN TRACKWRESTLING BUT WILL NOT BE WRESTLED. Awards: Team championship will be awarded at completion of the finals matches. BEST WRESTLER PER WEIGHT CLASS WILL BE THE SCORING WRESTLER. Individual awards will be handed out after the placement matches. Locker Rooms: The wrestlers will have access to locker room facilities throughout the tournament. There is limited locker space and wrestlers are encouraged to bring a lock to use. Locker rooms will NOT be locked during the day. Please bring a lock Athletic Trainer: Athletic training services will be provided by Aurora. Hospitality: A coaches? hospitality room will be set up during the day. Food will be provided by parents of Whitefish Bay wrestlers. Concessions: Concessions will be available for sale to all wrestlers and fans. NO FOOD OR DRINKS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE BLEACHER AREA. Admission: $5 for adults and $3 for students.
