Cap VIII Wrestling Championships January 28, 2017 Host: Millbrook High School Weigh Ins: 7:15 ? 8:15 a.m. Scales open @ 7 a.m. Coaches meeting will follow weigh-ins (hospitality room). Wrestling will begin at 9:00 a.m. and continue through 3rd place matches on two mats. The only break will be to accommodate the 45 minute rule. The finals will begin once one mat is removed and introductions of finals participants. January 27 (Friday) ? Coaches seeding meeting, 7 p.m. Millbrook High, room 1905 (Wildcat Den entrance, room across from Gym I). We will seed the top 4 and draw remaining. All line ups are final following the seeding meeting. Wrestlers seeded by Cap * Conference matches only. Wrestle back to 3rd place. Bring wrestler W/L information, including scorebook. Conference standings will be verified. We will also determine our All-Conference Team, Conference Wrestler of the Year and Conference Coach of the Year. Admission: $10 all day. Limited amount of T-Shirts available $12 Please do not bring coolers, food/drink into the gym. All Assistant Coaches, Managers/Trainers must arrive with the team to be admitted without charge.
