'Girl Coaches, Westlake High school is hosting the Girls Wrestling Against Cancer night on Tuesday Nov 23rd at Westlake. This will be a girls centered night. There will be some boy teams here but it will have a majority of girls. We will host in conjunction with the Provo Wrestling Against Cancer the same night. Fee: The team fee will be $50 per dual ($100 max). If a team comes with a partial squad just pay $10 per varsity girls. JV will be $5 per person. We will try to get all JVs at least 1 match. Entry fee is $7 for adults, $4 for students 12 and up. This event will be organized by myself with the help of Jeff Newby. We will have two events on Trackwrestling. Girls Wrestling Against Cancer Varsity and Girls Wrestling Against Cancer JV. You will need to send me your exact depth chart before Nov19th. I will make teams according to the spots we have available. For example, if American fork can fill 6 Varsity spots and Canyon View can fill 8 spots, then they will form a dual team and the remaining girls on both teams will wrestle in the jv event. We will allow you to make changes up until 8pm on Nov 22nd. Committed Teams American Fork Canyon View Hillcrest Juab Maple Mountain Mountain Crest North Sevier Ogden Pineview Riverton Westlake Schedule 2:00pm. Arrive at Westlake. School gets out at 2:15 so it?s a mess in the parking lot until about 2:30. 2:30pm: Skin checks in the main gym for all JV Wrestlers. No weigh-ins for JV. 3-5pm: JV girl and boy matches in the main gym 4 mats. We can go until everyone gets 2 matches or until 4:30pm. No weigh-ins for the JV girls and boys. Just submit their weight on trackwrestling and PLEASE ensure that it is correct. 3pm: Weigh-ins, and skin checks for Varsity girls and boys in the wrestling room done by coaches. Girls Varsity Duals will start at 5pm. Done around 8:30pm '
