Information about these hotels is at the bottom of the document. MANDATORY PRE-REGISTRATION Please note that wrestlers will need their USA card and Trackwrestling number to pre-register. Tournament Fee is paid online. Each wrestler may compete in one weight class in their age group and they can register to compete in one weight class the next age group. Competitors must choose to compete in EITHER Beginner or Advanced brackets (wrestlers will NOT be permitted to compete in both for divisions that have beginners brackets). Any wrestler who fails to pre-register will not be able to compete in the tournament. Registration will cost $12.00. Late registration will cost $17.00. There will be NO manual registrations allowed on Tournament Saturday Normal Registration: Friday, January 3, 2014 up to 9:00 a.m. CST LATE REGISTRATION starts Friday, January 3, 2014 at 9:01 a.m. CST and ends at 12:00 p.m. CST SATELLITE WEIGH-IN Register Now! Make sure wrestlers are grouped by age divisions on weigh in sheet. We encourage and fully expect our coaches and club representatives to demonstrate integrity in the weigh-in process. Each club will weigh in their wrestlers on Thursday night after practice or before the noon deadline on Friday. The wrestler?s weight will be written on his left arm by a coach or club representative. The coach will then email the official weigh-in document to the Tournament Director and Team Alabama Youth Director by the noon CST deadline on Friday morning. The only document that will be accepted for satellite weigh in will be the one provided by the Track Wrestling Director. If you do not have a copy, one may be found at www.alabamawrestling.net under the documents tab. The Tournament Director will match the Club Weigh-in Document to the Trackwrestling Pre-Registration Data to ensure all wrestlers are in the correct bracket. The wrestle-back format will be used to determine a true second place finish. Coaches must maintain a visible USA Card to be allowed entrance to tournament, on the mats, and in the hospitality room. Only two coaches are allowed in the corner during a match. Coaches MUST have a valid USA Card.
