25th Annual BVNW Husky Wrestling Invitational January 24-25, 2014 Time Schedule: Friday, January 24 Pigtails & First Round: 6 mats 4:00 pm Break for workers and officials 30 min Championship Quarterfinals: 3 mats (Main Gym) around 7:00 pm Pigtails & 1st Rd wrestlebacks: 3 mats (Aux Gym) Saturday, January 25 Championship Semi-finals: Mat 1 and Mat 2 Main Gym 10:00 am 2nd round wrestlebacks: Mat 3 thru Mat 6 10:00 am Break for workers and officials 30 min Consolation quarterfinals and 7th place 3 mats-Main Gym around 12:30 pm 9th place qualifying matches 3 mats-Aux Gym Consolation semi-finals: 3 mats-Main Gym around 1:45 pm 9th place matches 3 mats - Aux Gym Finals, 3rd, 5th Place Matches: 3 mats-Main Gym around 3:15 pm ( The time schedule may vary slightly if the matches run ahead or behind schedule.) 10 places will be wrestled out and scored as follows: 20-16-13-10-8-6-5-4-2-1. The top 6 individuals will receive medals. Team Awards will be awarded to the top 4 teams. A Zach Roberson Outstanding Wrestler Award will be determined by a vote of coaches. Teams entered: Andover Blue Valley Blue Valley North Blue Valley West Bonner Springs Harmon Hutchinson Lawrence Manhattan Olathe East Olathe Northwest Olathe South SM Northwest SM South SM West Topeka High Turner and the host Huskies from BV Northwest Admission for each day is $6.00 for Adults and $4.00 for Students. There will also be a 2-day pass for $10.00. A hospitality room will be available for the coaches and officials. BVNW is not responsible for lost and stolen articles during this event.
