Each team may bring up to 20 wrestlers. Rookie means a first or second year wrestler, at any level, any age. (Please don?t bring a freshman who wrestled 5 years in the IKWF) Coaches use your best judgement. We will use block weights and 4 man round robin brackets. This will ensure that most of the wrestlers will receive at least three rounds of wrestling. IHSA scoring will be in effect. Each bout will be 6 minutes. Pairing will be random draw. Three mats will be used for all sessions. Individual (ONLY) awards 1st and 2nd. TEAMS WILL BE ASSIGNED LOCKER ROOMS. EACH SCHOOL SHOULD BRING THEIR OWN TOWELS AND LOCKS.
