4a Special District 1 is the Regional Qualifier for the state tournament. Each team can bring up to two wrestlers per weight class. Top 4 finishers qualify to go on to the OSAA 4a state wrestling tournament. Teams included are from the Tri-Valley and Cowapa Leagues. Astoria, Banks, Estacada, Gladstone, Molalla, North Marion, Scappoose, Seaside, Tillamook, and Yamhill-Carlton. Seeding meeting Wednesday 2/19/14 at Gladstone HS. Brackets will be released Friday 2/21/14.
