Questions or Concerns: Email hayneskv57@gmail.com Format: POOL style format using 10-12 man scramble format, as well as 4-6 man round robins in weight classes with lower numbers. Weight classes with higher numbers may go to a 16 man bracket (Backside best you can do is 5th due to daily match limit). We will take a 30-minute lunch break after round 3. In the event that there are 13 people in a weight class the lowest ranked wrestler will be moved into the JV division (We will try and not pull from teams with full lineups). ADMISSION: Adults $4 Students $2 Children 6 and under free FACILITIES: Lockers and showers. All teams will dress in the boys P.E. and boys? team locker rooms. Locker rooms are for changing only. Liberty is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Concession Stand: There will be a concession stand open for the entirety of the tournament. Hospitality Room: A hospitality room will be available for coaches, admin and bus drivers only. Inclement Weather: If inclement weather seems unavoidable, we will do our best to make the call before teams get on the road to travel the night before. EXPENSES: Prorated among participating schools. AWARDS: Team Plaques for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place and Individual Medals for 1st-3rd place. No Team Award for the JV Division. VARSITY LINEUPS: Please remember to fill out the separation criteria and head to head info. JV LINEUPS: A separate tournament for JV will be set up in Track Wrestling. The link will be sent out this week. There will be 2-3 brackets per weight class. An ?A? bracket (Excellent-Good wrestlers), ?B? bracket (Average JV wrestlers & above average 9th Grade) and ?C? bracket (below average wrestlers & most 9th grade). Enter your wrestlers in the appropriate bracket based on experience and ability. Girls Divisions: These will be run as round robin matches in between rounds. Enter as many girls as you would like but in order to follow MSHSAA rules there can only be one entry per weight for each team for varsity wrestlers. Enter your other girls as a JV participants. TRACK WRESTLING: Varsity-Team winners will be determined by the overall total team points scored through the pre-set trackwrestling scoring system. There will be separate emails for the Varsity, JV and Girls divisions for you to upload your rosters. They are separate tournaments. Trackwrestling for varsity: Bout sheets will be used and entered in the system. Trackwrestling for JV: Matches will be manually entered into track using bout sheets. This is to avoid any system overloading with the varsity tournament.
