2019 `King of the Mat` Pre-Season Tournament FLYER Saturday, November 16th These conditions must be met: 1. Participants must be eligible to wrestle in the upcoming high school season 2. All entries must be submitted via Trackwrestling or email by 8:00 pm on Wednesday, November 13th 3. Singlets, two-piece singlets, and shirts/shorts are acceptable (if shorts are worn, there must be no pockets) Location: Houston High School 9755 Wolf River Blvd Germantown, TN 38139 Weigh-ins: Coaches will weigh-in and submit their own team via TrackWrestling or by email at nelson.shirley@memphistr.org by 8:00 pm on Wednesday, November 13th. We will have FOUR divisions (Adv/Nov/Beg/Girls). Contact information is below for any questions on how to submit teams. Times: Wrestling begins Saturday at 9:00 am Hydration tests will be available at 7:00 am on Saturday morning Divisions: Advanced will be wrestlers that have wrestled for two or more years or have varsity-level experience. Novice will be wrestlers that have wrestled for less than two years, only have JV-level experience. Beginners will be wrestlers that have never wrestled before and can include any age group. Girls will be any girl participants and can include any high school age group. Cost Per Wrestler: $10.00 Admission: $7.00 for spectators at the door (children 9 and under are free) Format: There will be Madison/Block bracketing depending on the weight of the wrestler and the number of entries.
