9:00 AM First Round (Championship Bracket in the Main Gym) and
Consolation Brackets Old Gym)
10:30AM (approx.) Second Round (Championship & Consolation - Semifinals)
(Championship & Consolation - Wrestle backs)
11:45 PM (approx.) Lunch Break 30 Minutes
12:15 PM (approx.) Third Round (Wrestle back Semifinals)
1:30 PM (approx.) Fourth Round (All Place matches 7th- 11th Main Gym, 13th-23rd Old Gym)
2:45 PM (approx.) 20 Minutes - Warm-up time
3:15 PM (approx.) Championship, 3rd places and 5th place match Main Gym awards following completion of the next weight class.
COVID: Masks are required for everyone while inside Hickman High School. Athletes may remove their mask while wrestling.
Reminder:
School will still be in session until 4:05. If you arrive before 4:05 you will be seated in the gym for your safety and the safety of our students. There will be no area to park buses on the west side starting at 12:43 PM. We encourage drop off on the West of the building and the buses can come back and park after 4:30 in our parking lots.
Format:
This year we will once again be using Trackwrestling to run our tournament online. Seeding information will need to be entered when the window opens. If you do not enter seeding info your athletes will be randomly drawn into the bracket.
Girls Bracket will be
Boys Bracket will be a 24-man scramble format with wrestlers advancing on the second day to an 8- man championship or consolation bracket.
Entering and Seeding of Wrestler:
Below are the windows of time for `Statisticians` to enter information about their wrestlers
Seeding Criteria:
1. Head to Head
2. State Placer 2021
3. State Qualifier 2021
4. Hickman Invitational Champion or Runner-up in 2021
5. Season Record Winning Percentage
Team scoring:
Will based on the activity points earned throughout the Rounds/Pool Rounds, Championship and Consolation brackets as well as the Placement points. Athletes in the Consolation bracket will only earn half the activity points for their team as an athlete in the championship bracket.

Weigh-Ins:
Weigh-ins will be held Friday beginning at 4:30PM. Locker room will be available after 4:05 The scales will be available at 4:00PM for all to check weight.
Weigh-ins on Saturday will begin at 7:30AM at Hickman High. An additional one-pound allowance will be given for the second day of weigh-ins. Scales will be available at 7:00AM.
Please notify me as soon as possible if your team will be competing on the Thursday prior to the tournament so that I can adjust the weight allowance and notify other schools.
Awards:
●Medals will be awarded to the top 5 place winners in the Championship bracket.
○Please have wrestlers in uniform/warm ups for their award presentations that will be held after the following weight class has been completed.
●Team trophies will be awarded for the top 3 teams based on the activity points earned throughout the Pool rounds, Championship and Consolation brackets as well as the Placement points.
●Athletes in the Consolation bracket will only earn half the activity points for their team as an athlete in the Championship bracket.
●Coaches will be voting on Outstanding Wrestler of the Tournament, and a trophy will be presented to the OW.
Locker Rooms:
Locker rooms are located just below the old gym. Please bring your own soap, towels, etc. Hickman will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Concession:
A fully stocked concession stand will be open both days for athletes and fans.
Friday night dinner, Saturday Breakfast/Lunch Hospitality Room: Will be open to all coaches, administrators, and adult table workers.
Entry Fee:
Jack Rubenstein, Director of Athletics at Hickman High School will contact each school for the collection of entry fees. The fees will be divided between the schools in attendance.
