We will wrestle each varsity weight class out to 6th place. Wrestlers not in the varsity tourney will be in the MS and JV Scrambles. Scrambles and the 98 Exhibition will be 3 periods of 90 seconds. The tournament will run straight through with minimal breaks. *We will have face offs before the final round* AWARDS: Team awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Individual award: Charlie Geppert Memorial Outstanding Wrestler. Individual medals for each weight class out to 6th place. Please enter your tentative line-up by NOON on Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2018. Please include your unattached wrestlers. Wrestlers not in the varsity tournament and all 6th Grade wrestlers go into scrambles. You can update entries and criteria in track until 6:45 pm on Wednesday. 3. If more than 16 wrestlers are entered in a weight class, we will draw from the unattached wrestlers who stays in. Those not getting into the 98-Exhibition or varsity tournament can be put into scrambles. 4. Coaches email your scramble wrestlers Grade, Weight, Name and Team to tim.pranger@outlook.com by Friday at noon. I will make tentative brackets (groups). Bout sheets will be used for each scramble match. I can scan completed bout sheets into a PDF and email you after the tournament. Some groups will be limited to 6-8 because a 6th grader can?t wrestle anyone 9-12. Cancellations will be on KSFY, KELO and KDLT. If roads conditions are poor we will have a 1 hour late start. We will do our best to put out the word and still run the tournament.
