Late Start

Mark Churella did not let his boys wrestle until they were in middle school. Ryan talks about being around the Steve Frasier Bad Boy Camp and not realizing the caliber of people he was around. Mark also stressed team sports to his sons, and did not want them to feel the pressure of having to succeed at wrestling.
