2X World Champ Vougar shows his twist on a firemans carry. He stresses the importance of getting your opponent to move into you by pulling on the inside tie. As he penetrates his shoots his hips underneath him to take his opponents reaction away. Notice the short knee slide he makes to take his opponent over at an angle. This is must have for any firemans wrestlers out there.
