IMAR Wants To Win Worlds Then Nationals
Isaiah Martinez won NCAA titles at 157 as a freshman and sophomore with just one loss between the two seasons. He will be moving up to 165 for this NCAA season and looking to win another championship.
But before he can do that, the Illinois junior will drop to 70kg (154.5) in an attempt to make the World Team to compete in the Non-Olympic World Championships this December in Budapest, Hungary.
This weekend the non-Olympic Weight World Team Trials take place at the
Bill Farrell International this Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
